You have reached this website because, as a mountain or outdoor industry professional, you have been approved as a valued member of The Pro Collective.

The Pro Collective is more than just a discount club. It is a tight-knit community of mountain professionals who rely on our premium products to excel in their line of work, day-in and day-out — whether they’re instructing, patrolling, or guiding. TPC members are proud to fly the Faction flag. They recommend Faction as their brand of choice to their pro peers, to clients and by extension to fans, thus strengthening the entire eco-system of The Faction Collective.

On this exclusive website, you will have access to specific pro content, early access to some of our limited edition products and will be able to order our products at a discount.

While we are stoked to count you as a member of TPC, there some regulations that we ask you adhere to: 

  • Orders are limited to two pairs of skis, poles, skins and bindings per season (subject to availability),

  • All purchases must be for your personal use only ; friends and family are not included in this program,

  • Please be discreet about your membership ; if someone around you admires your gear, please refer them to our website or a local retailer,

  • Bindings may not be purchased individually, and must be accompanied by a ski purchase.

Any suspicious purchases will be flagged by our staff and are subject to be cancelled and your account deactivated.

    TPC TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. The Pro Collective (TPC) is a membership program offered to mountain and outdoor industry professionals. It requires approval and invitation from Faction. This partnership is a privilege and relies upon mutual respect.
    2. The products purchased through TPC are solely for personal use. Purchasing gifts for friends and family or reselling products is not allowed and will result in bad karma and account deactivation.
    3. Faction reserves the right to remove TPC membership without explanation or notice, without compensation due to abuse (see above) or any other reason. 
    4. The Pro Collective membership requires annual renewal.
    5. Faction requires its TPC members to respect our partners selling skis at full price and our fans that purchase them, by not talking publicly about this program.
    6. TPC members are not eligible for free returns on their orders. All returns must be requested online through our Returns Page.
    7. All warranty claims must be placed online in accordance with Faction’s Warranty Policy.
    8. Faction reserves the right to change the terms of The Pro Collective program at any point, and to place restrictions on the quantity and the products available to purchase. TPC membership entitles members to the purchase of two pairs of skis, two pairs of poles, two pairs of skins, two pairs of bindings and unlimited apparel (within reason) per season.
    9. Bindings may not be purchased individually, and must be accompanied by a ski purchase.
    10. TPC purchases cannot be combined with additional offers such as sales or discounts. The discount cannot be applied retrospectively.
    11. TPC purchases are not eligible for free shipping, unless stated otherwise.
    12. All orders placed through TPC are subject to the general Terms & Conditions applicable for any purchase made through Faction Skis.
    13. By participating in TPC, you are consenting to receive marketing materials from Faction Skis and the Full Stack Supply Co. that are relevant to the outdoor and snowsports industries.
    14. By using TPC, you acknowledge and accept the guidelines described above.
