Who is eligible for the Faction Pro Collective?

We are currently offering TPC online access to holders of the following certifications:

• CSIA - Canadian Ski Instructor Alliance
• CSCF - Canadian Ski Coaches Federation
• ACMG - Association of Canadian Mountain Guides
• CSP - Canadian Ski Patrol
• Le PESA - Quebec Ski Instructor Association
• CAA - Canadian Avalanche Association Instructor and Affiliate Provincial Instructors (full- time)

If you do not hold one of the above certifications yet are an active industry professional, you may still be eligible for TPC membership. Please ensure you include all relevant personal documentation in your application.

Can I get my order delivered to my house?

We’ve stopped shipping directly to customer addresses. This means skis ordered online must be collected through one of our trusted retail partners.  

Can I pay online?

We no longer accept payments online and all payments must now be done in person at the retail store when collecting your skis.

Can I buy softgoods via The Pro Collective?

We no longer offer pro discounts on our softgoods. To buy softgoods, please visit our public facing site: factionskis.com
